1. General rules
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and / or activities of Colter Music & inspiration B.V. (Euphoria DA)/ School, hereinafter also referred as Euphoria DC.
1.2. Euphoria DC has the right to refuse entry to the dance school / Club without giving reasons.
1.3. Visitors (pupils, guests, parents, etc.) must comply with Euphoria DA’s house rules and / or the rules of the manager of the location concerned during their stay at the school / club location. Visitors must follow the instructions given by the dance school owner or by the authorized persons. If not, you can proceed to removal.
1.4. Visit to the school / Club is entirely at your own risk. Euphoria DA is not liable for injury and / or damage of any kind as a result of the stay and / or the activities of the visitor himself or other visitors of the school / Club.
1.5. Loss or damage inflicted on property (movable and immovable property) of the school / Club through a visitor can be recovered from the person / persons concerned.
1.6. The use of image or sound carriers in the broadest sense of the word (photo, film, video, tape, etc.) in and on the premises of the dance school / Club is only permitted with the permission of Euphoria DA. This permission can be withdrawn with immediate effect, without giving any reason. 1.7. The content of the pages of this website are for your general information and use only and are subject to change without notice.

2. Registration
2.1. Euphoria DA has the right to exclude persons without giving reasons from participation in the lessons and / or continuation of the lessons.
2.2. Euphoria DA has the right to exclude persons that disagree with the “Video Consent and Release Form” from specific activities, without giving any additional reason.
2.3. After registration, the student owes the full tuition fee. Payment of the tuition fee per bank must take place before the start of the first lesson unless the dance school has agreed in writing another term with the pupil. Registration can be done both in writing and electronically via the website. For cash payment, the full tuition fee must be paid before the second lesson starts.
2.4. The first lesson (worth €17) is €7 and without obligation.
2.5. If, for whatever reason, the student can no longer attend the lessons, there is no right to a refund of (part of) the contribution. The transfer of a contribution (or part of it) to a subsequent period is never possible. Unless the dance school has agreed otherwise in writing.
2.6. Euphoria DA is authorized to remove persons from the dance class due to misconduct, at the discretion of Euphoria DA. Euphoria DA is entitled to permanently deny access to the dance school to people who have been removed from the class due to misconduct, even if it concerns students who are engaged in dance classes. In that case, there is no right to a full or partial refund of the tuition fees.
2.7. Euphoria DA reserves the right to change the timetable and / or to cancel lessons. Well-founded reasons may include: too few students, long-term illness and other circumstances of force majeure.
2.8. Euphoria DA is authorized, in special circumstances, to make changes to the teaching times / timetable without giving reasons. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in legal action.

3. Right to dissolution for distance contracts
3.1 The other party may terminate the contract entered into via the website for the purchase of a multi-ticket card or the conclusion of a subscription (hereinafter: ‘distance agreement’), without stating reasons, within 14 days after its conclusion.
3.2 The other party does not have the right of dissolution of a distance agreement, after fulfilment of such distance agreement, if: a) the fulfilment has started with the express prior consent of the other party; and b) the other party has stated to waive his right of dissolution once Euphoria Academy has fulfilled the distance agreement.
3.3 The other party who uses the right of dissolution may dissolve the distance agreement by submitting a request to Euphoria Academy by email. As soon as possible after Euphoria Academy has been informed of the other party’s intention to dissolve the distance agreement and if the conditions of this article have been met, Euphoria Academy will confirm the dissolution by e-mail.
3.4 Fulfilment of the distance agreement during the termination period only takes place at the express request of the other party.
3.5 When exercising the right of dissolution after a request in accordance with the previous paragraph, the other party shall be due to Euphoria Academy an amount that is proportionate to the part of the agreement fulfilled by Euphoria Academy by the time the right of dissolution is exercised compared to full compliance with the agreement. The proportionate amount to be paid by the other party to Euphoria Academy is calculated on the basis of the total price as expressly agreed.
3.6 Prepaid amounts for which no services are purchased will be refunded within 14 days.
